USE: Start with the Lymphatic tea. This is opening all your detox pathways. Take 5 days before you begin your mold and fungal detox. Start your detox! Take 1 tsp of Mold and Fungal Detox herbal tea and mix with 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 15 mins. Take this twice a day for up to 30 days or until tea is finished. Along with the detox herbal tea, you will be taking the binder. This is the activated charcoal. 1 tsp mixed with 8 oz of water, any temperature. Take twice a day until finished.
