Step-Up Directions (to reduce die-off symptoms):

Days 1–3:

• Morning: 1 dropper Berberine Tincture
• Midday: 1 dropper Lymphatic Tincture
• Evening: ½ tsp Activated Charcoal in water (at least 2 hours away from food/supplements)

Days 4–7:

• Morning: 1 dropper Berberine Tincture + 1 dropper Parasite Tincture
• Midday: 1 dropper Lymphatic Tincture
• Evening: ½ tsp Activated Charcoal in water

Days 8–30:

• Morning: 1 dropper Berberine Tincture + 1 dropper Parasite Tincture
• Midday: 1 dropper Lymphatic Tincture (may increase to 2x daily if needed)
• Evening: ½–1 tsp Activated Charcoal in water

Notes:

Parasite detox is best repeated every 6 months (spring & fall).

Always take charcoal away from food, herbs, and supplements (it will bind them).

Sensitive individuals may start with ½ dropper doses and increase slowly.

If detox symptoms are strong, add extra water, minerals, or reduce tincture dose until comfortable.

For deeper cleansing, protocol may be extended to 40 days.
