  3. Remove from heat
  4. Place your face over the pot, cover your head with a towel

  6. Use 1โ€“3 times per week or as needed

Optional: Add 1 drop of eucalyptus essential oil to the water only (never to the jar).

2. Gentle Herbal Tea
