Ingredients (per tablet):

• Iron (as Ferridyn™, a proprietary food-grown form) — 20 mg
• Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, and natural coatings.

Suggested Use:
Take one tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Avoid taking at the same time as coffee, tea, or calcium-rich foods, which can block iron absorption.
