INGREDIENTS: Organic Echinacea, Goldenseal, Tulsi, Peppermint, Mullein, Cayenne Pepper

USE: Mix 1 tbls with an 8oz glass of hot water. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Add raw honey for some sweetness. Repeat up to 3 times a day when experiencing cold or flu symptom.
