INGREDIENTS: Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Catnip

USE: Have the child drink 1-2 times per day for calming & centering effect.

Follow dosage guidelines:

6 months – 1 year: 1-2 teaspoons total daily

1-2 years: 2-4 teaspoons total daily

3-7 years: 2-4 tablespoons total daily

8-12 years: 1/4-1/2 cup total daily

13 & up: 1-2 cups total daily
