LEMON BALM displays anti-anxiety and anti-depression properties, while inducing the feelings of peace, calmness, and serenity. *ST. JOHN’S WORT is thought to regulate mood by increasing the levels of several chemical messengers in the brain. CHAMOMILE contains apigenin, an antioxidant that directly targets neurotransmitters and brain receptors to induce relaxation. More than simply generating a serene state of mind, lavender can reduce anxiety by affecting the body’s fight-or-flight response. BASIL can reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and improve your mood. It also improves your cognitive abilities and makes you more active.

USE: Mix 1 tbls with an 8oz glass of hot water. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Add raw honey, vanilla or lemon for some sweetness.
