Why magnesium oil?
Magnesium plays an essential role in normal muscle contraction, relaxation and nerve function. Magnesium oil is magnesium chloride dissolved in water, with a naturally silky feel. People often choose it for massage after activity or as part of their evening routine for tired legs and overworked muscles.
Research on how much magnesium absorbs through intact skin is limited, so topical use should not be relied on to correct a magnesium deficiency.
Why add DMSO?
DMSO is known for its ability to penetrate skin and enhance the absorption of certain substances. It has also been studied for potential pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects.
Our blend contains a small amount, 5% DMSO, alongside magnesium oil. The combination offers a simple topical option for your muscle-care routine.

Directions & Care
For adult external use only. Patch test before use. Massage a small amount onto clean, dry, unbroken skin using clean hands. Do not apply over other creams, medications, fragrances or topical products. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin and freshly shaved areas.
Tingling can occur with magnesium oil. If burning, redness or irritation develops, wash off and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if taking medication.
